: Children older than 12 months can take SuperHMO for Kids Powder. By age one, many babies have stopped getting breast milk and if they missed this extremely important prebiotic fiber (human milk oligosaccharide), it is safe to supplement with it at this time.
: It depends.

If the infant formula already contains HMO, you do not need to add extra HMO into your child's diet. If the infant formula does not contain HMO and your baby is older than 12 months, you can give him/her HMO under the supervision of their pediatrician.

Helping our eczema healing journey

My son has eczema on his cheeks and chin. After taking the tiny health test, we were recommended to add a probiotic and prebiotic to his diet. He takes bifidobacterium probiotic, and HMO prebiotics is the bifido's "favorite food," allowing the probiotic to be better absorbed into his system. It has been a long journey with other internal healing steps and external products we use, but I think the HMO has played a big role in healing his gut. He also doesn't tolerate cow's milk very well, but this product seems easy for him to digest. I started slow with a quarter scoop, making my way up to a full scoop. I will definitely continue using this product.

Because there is virtually no flavour it's really easy for the kids to take in water or tea. So glad to have found this product!

Seems good

Have used for ~6 weeks for 3.5 yo and 2 yo combined with Evivo (per Evivos rec). Seeing some possible improvement in bowel issues for youngest and possible slight improvement in sensory issues for oldest. Will give it a few more weeks to confirm
