Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The following are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping and Return Policy. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Standard Ground Shipping 2-5 business days            

$4.99 on Orders < $45.00; Free on Orders > $45.00

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses in the U.S. ships to addresses within the United States., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped,  containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us for a full refund or a replacement. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and take photos.

U.S. Return 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at and provide your order ID. Your returns will be guaranteed if you contact us within 90 days from your product delivery (limited to 2 units per order). You will be responsible for shipping the products back to us.

The original shipping cost of all U.S. orders are not refundable and will be deducted from your return ($3.50-$4.50 per unit depending on product weight or the actual shipping cost). 

International Return

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at and provide your order ID. You will be responsible for shipping the products back to us. The original shipping cost of international orders is not refundable. 


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

International Shipping (by USPS First Class): 

Countries we directly ship to: Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherland, and New Zealand. 

If your country is not listed above, you can use a third-party freight forwarder to ship our products to your destination, for example:

International Distributors: 

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For example, E.U. countries charge ~20% of tariff for products shipped from the United States. Customer will be asked to pay for the tariff by custom officials before UPS/DHL/USPS can release and deliver the product.
