Restore Gut Balance & Regularity

Your gut is the foundation of your overall health. HMO boosts the number of good bugs in your gut and helps restore your gut balance, which means better food digestion, less gas and bloating, and more regularity.

Cognitive Functions

The metabolites of HMO (produced by the gut bacteria) support brain development, neural transmission, and cognitive functions.

Tighten Gut Lining

Repopulate Bifidobacterium and Akkermansia, two key bacteria that strengthen your gut lining and seal the gut junctions, which prevent toxins entering your body, so less fatigue and brain fog.

Less Digestive Discomforts

Clinically proven to reduce key symptoms of IBS such as gas, bloating, constipation, and other digestive discomforts.

Find the answer to commonly asked questions about PureHMO® Prebiotic Powder

No. It is produced via a complex fermentation and precise purification process and results in a powder that is molecularly identical to the HMO that is in human milk. All the benefits without any human milk involved.

Yes. Research has shown that many people with lactose intolerance can tolerate up to 12 grams of lactose in one sitting, which is approximately the amount in one cup (230 ml) of milk. Layer Origin Nutrition recommends a HMO serving size of 2.0 grams to start— therefore — even people with with lactose intolerance should be well below the limit of what they can tolerate, if they follow the recommended dosage.

Believe it or not, it doesn't make a difference either way. This is because the HMO will not be digested the way that food would be digested. HMO makes its way undigested through your body down to the lower intestines, where it becomes the food for probiotic bacteria. So take HMO with food or without food. Either way is fine!

I have been experimenting with Layer Origins Pure HMO’s from April till Nov 2022, and I had completed 3 stool profile tests, one in June 2021 as a control (no HMO’s), one in July 2022 and one in November 2022. I have seen a dramatic increase in several health strains such as Prevotella spp., Bifidobacteria spp., Roseburia spp., Pichia spp., all which were almost non existent prior to the supplementation. I also have seen a major decrease in E.Coli. I started off with only taking 1 scoop of powder per day and I believe I would have done better, faster with 2 scoops a day. These are very impressive results, as someone who suffers from dysbiosis and associated anxiety I believe this product is the most important part of my treatment program. It takes time and you must also work on your diet, adding fiber and fermented foods which is difficult because until you have the right bacteria it will cause bloating and cramping but the HMO’s help and in the end restoring the colon’s diversity is the goal for complete recovery. Also I have tried other products that have HMO’s in them but find Pure HMO’s by Layer the best and easiest to consume. I will be a life time supporter and recommender of this product. I am in th eprocess of making a video of my entire experience and posting it on my website.

Best stuff ever

It was recommended by a health care person and it is the best! It has helped my gut settle down when I use it twice a day. Easy to use and it works very well. I eat a celiac diet and this has not caused any problems at all.
