PureHMO® Prebiotic Powder contains one type of HMO, 2'FL, which is great for feeding bifidobacteria, a foundational bacteria for the gut microbiome.

It is flavorless. You won't notice any taste, guaranteed.

Take 1 scoop per day for the first few days and increase to 2 scoops per day thereafter. It dissolves in water, coffee, juice, milk, smoothies, etc. Taking it before or after meals are equally effective.

my 2 yo can tolerate it so that's good!

I dilute this with warm water - I made the mistake of mixing it with cold water at first, and it was chalky. So start with just a tsp of warm water and then you can mix it into cold juice, milk, etc. for your kid. another tip: only give them like a half ounce of juice so that they drink it all in one go, then you can fill their cup with more after they're done.

Game Changer for digestion

Product really works and mixes well!

So far so good!

I have been taking this along with the apple pectin, simple reds and akkermansia for a few months and have seen steady improvement in some lab results that I have not seen improvement in for quite some time. Plan to continue for awhile.

No more bloating after each meal

I have done several gut protocols but my symptoms always come back. After listening to Dr. Alexis on the What's the Juice with Organic Olivia, I gave HMOs and Red a shot. I purchased Dr Alexis's protocols off her website, read through them all, and followed them exactly. It's only been 30 days, but I am seeing benefits and could not be more excited. I will do a follow-up after 90 days. My best advice would be to go slow. It's tempting to just add in a full scoop.
